The Board of Education Election is on Tuesday-
The Budget must be defeated- VOTE NO!
The 3 members to vote for-
1-Grunhut wasn't too bad (not too good either)
2-Miccio-wasn't too bad-not too good either. Silver is a better candidate.
3-Hasenfeld is a newcomer that has his focus on the dollars, to lower the School budget.
The Vaad & Lakewood Association Coalition are saying to vote NO on the School budget. Of course publicly they have to say......
The Lakewood Association Coalition may be finally realizing they were taken for ......by the Vaad & the Lakewood Township's Mayor.
Are the Lakewood taxpayers getting ripped off by the Board of Education and their Attorney? Sure.
The secret is out-It's been going on for years and the Taxpayers did nothing about it.
Any one have any solutions? It is 60% of our tax dollars.
Any one know what is "a tax-revolt"?

Mike actually currently makes closer to $750,000. He is currently on the outs with schi, which is why he and aaron made such a big shtink over the special children's center this year. They are blaming schi completely for this year's %4 raise in property taxes. this may not be far from the truth as %75 of the new money appears to be going there.

while I too am dismayed that so much of my money goes to support a school system I don't use, (just like the senior communities) Don't you all think that someone, at some time or another has attempted to cut school spending as much as possible? You must realize that state requirements must be met in the public schools, contracts with teachers etc.. must be honored, and infrastructure must be maintained. It is doubley frustrating since we are educating many Illegals children. What a system!!
