Lakewood Township hit the Jackpot $$$$$

Looking at the dollars being thrown around, you would never believe that there is an economic crisis in Lakewood.

All the new & leased vehicles at the upgraded inspection department with construction down and running at a deficit. (Senator Singer said "we will lay off at least half and cut more than half of their budget"-so he lied again).

All of the PUBLIC WORKS vehicles with their spit shine equipment. (Senator Singer said...Oh so he lied again)

The Assessor's office expenses...(Senator Singer said....Oh....)

The non-bid purchasing and hiring by the Lakewood Township..... (Senator Singer said...., Oh.....)

The Seniors were told...Don't file appeals en masse and we'll reward you by the reassessment.....

All of the Police Departments raises, expenditures, etc the sky is the limit.

The unheard of Township Health benefits, and the employees don't have to share in the costs.

All over the Country Union are told we are looking and expecting give backs and we are freezing all raises- not Lakewood Township.

All with the blessing of Lakewood's Vaad, BMG, Lakewood Association Coalition, etc.

  1. Hey Aaron, we know that your house among all the other 100+ homes & properties "owned" by BMG that are tax exempt, & dont pay any taxes! so all this $$$ from the township isnt coming out of your pocket!! why should you care? and that explains why the vaad was missing in action on the property tax appeals. the vaad is only active when "their" money and power are at steak.

    Coniglio guilty on six counts

    STAFF REPORT

A federal court jury has convicted former state Sen. Joseph Coniglio on six counts of a nine-count indictment.

The jury found Coniglio not guilty on two other counts, and a ninth count was declared a mistrial.

Coniglio, 66, of Paramus, is accused of pocketing nearly $104,000 in exchange for steering more than $10 million in state funds to Hackensack University Medical Center during a 22-month period when he sat on the Senate Budget Committee and served as a consultant to the hospital.

Sentencing date is tentatively set for July 27.

Senator Singer did the same thing with Kimball Medical Center

  3. Don't be fooled into the thinking the LAC is any better. What began as a reasonable idea has mushroomed into a vehicle for self aggrandizement.

Stick to pushing overpriced junk on EBAY...
